 Brief Introduction of CJMFH1600-C

Our new CJMFH1600-C Aluminum composite panel product line is the third times machine which we combined Germany and Korean technique to develop. It has these advantages compare with other product line:

1.     Save power

From other machine you can know that they use three rollers machine to cool the PE and become the panel, then heat the PE reach the temperature of combine. This process will waste 150KW power, CJMFH1600-C Aluminum composite panel product line cancels this process and use the heat of PE to finish combining and it can save this power.

2. Easy operate

As we don’t need make the PE improve its temperature to reach combine request (this control is hard to measure so the control is complex, it just depends on the experience to adjust the temperature to finish this process, here experience will be important). CJMFH1600-C Aluminum composite panel product line can use the PE down its temperature naturally to reach this request. The operate workers don’t need much experience to operate the machine.

3.     High eligible rate

As operate the machine easily, the temperature point which needs control is little; the reason for not good product is little. The eligible rate is very high of CJMFH1300/1600-C Aluminum composite panel product line, just one meter of not good product when start and end the machine will happen, there will no inferior happen.

4.     Apply widely

When manufacture the not normal product, CJMFH1600-C Aluminum composite panel product line has a perfect performance. Such as when you manufacture the Fire-proof Aluminum composite panel this machine is very suitable,

Technical introduction for the equipment

Constitution and introduction

          Extruding Machine

1) Material Blender (800Kg/H)                   one set

Using 200-5.5KW blender machine, the blender capacity is 800Kg/h, it can guarantee the different PE material and color material blend equably. It controls easily and can clear out the waste timely.

2)Vacuum Material Setting Machine (1000Kg/H)

Using 1000 type vacuum absorb machine, set material capacity is 1000Kg/h, total power is 5.5KW

3)Extruding Machine (170—35:1)                one set

(1)Screw and barrel use the 38CrMoAIA high quality alloy steel, through exactly design and process, also through azote dispose; it’s suitable for making aluminum plastic panel. It can guarantee mold equably.

(2)Gear down box using Italy technique, the material of gear is 20CrMoTi, through exactly process, airproof circle using import which with force lubricate cooling cell, small bulk, long life, high precision. Lubrication is 150#

(3)Barrel: nitrided layer: 0.6-0.7mm, hardness:(HV)≥940, roughness of inner surface of the barrel: Ra≤1.6. The barrel has 8 heating zones, the heat power is 14KW/area and the fan cooling machine is 550W/area. The total heating power is 112KW, the total power of the fan is 4.4KW.

(4) Main motor accord to customer’s requirement, we can use AC (200kw) motor. The transducer is ABB. The temperature is displayed by RKC meters digitally.

Note: this machine is specially used for extruding polyethylene plate (PE).

1)Mold                                   one suit

(1)Thickness of the mold mouth can adjust, it can adjust the thickness of extrude PE exactly, the adjust pole of the mold can control the PE extrude flux of every areas, make the extrusion equably. Width of the die: 1700mm; thickness of die mouth: 1-5(adjustable).

(2)Especial flow runner design and constant temperature control system can assure the extrusion stably and offer good extrusion for the next step to produce favorable panel.

2)Screen Exchanger                         one set

,Using oil pressure net exchange device, it can exchange the net without stopping the machine, safe and trustiness. Hydraulic parts: 3.7KW/30L

3)Temperature Control Unit (automatically constant temperature control)   one suit

          Macromolecule Film Fist-combination Partnew type machine using

1)Macromolecule Film unrolling machine       one set

Using 2pcs φ400mm×1800 mm big diameter metal roller, the roller use inner gallbladder construct, guide hot oil disperse equably, the difference in temperature of roll surface small than 5℃. Use stainless steel valve and tube and use cirumvolve connecter then connect with the metal roller. It can sure the macromolecule film can compound to the aluminum hard.

2)Extrude and composite machine             one set

Using 2pcs φ400mm×1800 mm big diameter metal roller, use the water to decide the temperature. This machine is to make the aluminum coil which has compounded the macromolecule film compound the PE in high temperature. Use the high temperature of the PE to make the film compound to the PE hard, this technic is more suitable for fire-proof ACP (B1).

Note:(1)this part is to first-combine the macromolecule film to the surface and bottom of aluminum coil without any bubble between these two parts. And the adjustable tension control system avoids the film from being snapped, offer favorable basic for the next step first-combine.

(2)First-combine uses one setφ400×1800 mm big diameter metal mirror roller, use the high temperature when extrude PE material make the panel which was covered          by macromolecule film to first-combine with the aluminum coil, make the macromolecule film reach the best strength.

Combination Machining Part:

1)Combination Machining Part                 four sets

Using 4 sets φ400mm×1800 mm big diameter metal roller, assure the composite felt quality, the level off of the panel is good, the roller use inner gallbladder construct, guide hot oil disperse equably, the difference in temperature of roll surface small than 5℃. Use stainless steel valve and tube and use cirumvolve connecter then connect with the metal roller. ( This part don’t need use when produce the common panel, this is the key of save power in this line).

2)Hot oil System                             four set    120KW

3)Air Driving System                         one suit

The main tube use steel tube and speed adjust valve, it can avoid rubber tube break.

4)Cold water System                          one suit

Note: this part adopts four suits of hot pressure combination and level off system to combine the preset PE core that has been covered with macromolecule film to the aluminum rolls on both up and down sides so as to level off, during which the hot oil system should warm the trolley to a certain temperature with tolerance of 5 degrees beforehand.

Unrolling Part

Note: the molding-combined aluminum-plastic plate is cooled in this oven. The adjustable air- cooling oven ensures the temperature to be proper for the covering of protect film.

 Protecting Film-covering Part

1)Film-covering and Trimming Machine        one set

(1)Using double unrolling when combine protective film, adjustable spread roller, two rubber rollers with some rigidity which diameter is 200mm, assure the protective film combine to the case-hardened panel.

(2)Using roller edge knives, cut smoothly, no dirt, the position of the knife can adjust to assure the width of the panel. The width adjustable range is 1000mm-1600mm.

2)Air Driving System                         one suit

Note: this machine contains two parts on both up and down sides that set the film at the same time and an adjustable expanding wheel which enables the film to be set to the plate flatly.

Driving Part

1) Driving Machine                          one set

Using φ400×1800 mm rubber roller, using different rigidity to reach the max rub resistance, improve the driving pull, make the panel smooth and level off when in the processing of hot combine.

Note: the main power depends on this driving machine

Plate Emending Part

Note: This machine is used to emend the plate in the case that the operator does not operate accordingly and make the plate distorted.

1)For the motor of the extruder part, the AC motor controller is ABB, temperature control instrument is from RKC.

2)Transducer is from ABB and the driving AC motor is Siemens.

3)The low-tension electrical appliance adopt the products of German Moeller or Schneider.

4)The general small electric adopt the Chinese well-know brand

5)The temperature control instrument is made by RKC of Japan

Others:

1)             The total loading power for the machine is 596.5 KW (Actually need about 250KW for production), it needs one ser 315KVA transformer.

2)             The buyer should prepare the electricity, water and air compressor.

3)             The minim size of the workshop: length is 45m and width is 9m, the distance from the hook of the crane to the floor should more than 5.5m and the concrete of the foundation should be 15cm and have a good environment for production.

4)             The shop and warehouse should be equipped with crane of 3 tons.

5)             Prepare one water tank which should more 20m3 or one 30 tons cooling tower.

6)             Operators: 7 persons × 2 shifts = 14 persons

7)             Necessary machinery and maintain tools.
