4. Composition and functions of the Pre-treatment equipment

4. Unreeling machine

1. Composition

2. Function

The aluminum roll is imposed with certain tension under the function of the magnetic powder arrester. Then drawn by the driving machine, the aluminum roll is unreeled and transported for exercise.

4.2 Splicer

1. Composition

2. Function

Use the splicer platform to connect the heads of relative aluminum reels by leveling it up.

4.3 Degrease slot

2. Function

Use the alkalescence degrease produced by General Motors of the United States to remove the oil dots and the loose oxide on the surface of the aluminum roll, having no pollution to the environment.

4.4 Brush slot

2. Function

Clear away the stubborn oil dots and impurity remained on the surface of the aluminum roll.

4.5 Degrease slot

4.6 Washing slot

2. Function

Wash clean the aluminum roll degreased and clean most of the water on its surface.

2. Function

When the aluminum roll is moving forward along the product line after being washed, use the well mixed non-chrome chemical disposal to equally spread and form a film on the face and back of the aluminum roll to make up the surface full of tiny hole like a bee nest. The clinging intensity of the film after this coating should be guaranteed. There should be no pollution to the environment.

4.8 Drying stove

Dry the drug fluid on the surface of the aluminum up.

4.9 Cooling stove

4.10 Driving machine

Draw the aluminum at a uniform speed. The D.C. motor is to control the driving so as to ensure that running is stable with an equal speed and to ensure the rewinding tension.

2. Function

Tidy up the chemical aluminum roll. The auto controll D.C. motor can always keep the rewinding tension unchanged.

2. Function

It is to solidify the coating on the aluminum roll into a film. The heating way of the firing box use impregnant burning to exchange heat. It can satisfy the request of solidify the coating. This method can save the energy sources, no pollution for releasing. The advantage of heating equality can sure the coating character on the surface of aluminum coil and request for good outlook.

5.5 Cooling stove

Use the wind machine to cool down the aluminum roll when the coating has become solid into a film.

5.6 Three-roller cooling machine set

2. Function

When regulating the horizontal height of the aluminum roll, use the three-roller cooling machine which is connected with cooling water to cool the aluminum roll to normal temperature.

6Layout of the whole factory

1)        The undertaker will provide the whole set of production equipment and part of supporting equipment.

2)        The whole set of production equipment provided by the undertaker should have a beautiful outlook and a reasonable design.

3)        The orderer should provide the following matching facilities:

a. A power system with a total power more than or equal to 700KW. All of the power network should reach the designated places in accordance with the drawings by the undertaker.

b. Provide clean water 5T/H with a water pressure of 3-5Kg/cm2 as well as a cooling water tower with a capacity of 50T/H and the matching water pool.

c. Cables, swelling screw, water tube, iron board, etc. needed for installation of the equipment.

d. Provide a gas source of 4-6 Kg/cm2 with a gas quantity more than or equal to 1.2m3/min.

e. Waste water treatment pool and treatment method (determined by the orderer).

f. The aluminum roll, dope and drug, tool and accessorial material needed for trial run and trial production.

g. 3-5T traveling crane  amount:1-2

h. equipment of pure water depose(determined by the orderer according to the water quality). >/=150mm.

i. Workshop, the thickness of floor basic cement>/=150mm.
